Proposals Manager (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Update and maintain pricing model to support proposal efforts.
• Research and analyze historical pricing data for management presentation.
• Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements for proposals per RFP specifications and clinical protocols.
• Compile costs and technical elements for change orders based on sales rep requirements.
• Report progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management.
• Update, organize, and maintain RFI response library; coordinate and author RFI responses.
• Liaise with Finance on pricing and billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Business Administration preferred.
• At least 4 years of related proposals experience.
• At least 3 years in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, written/verbal, and negotiating skills.
• Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Ambition, self-motivation, high energy, and networking ability.

Nice to have

• eClinical technologies experience.
• Experience with CRM solutions.
