What you will do
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to expand the client base and generate revenue.
- Identify immediate market needs through lead generation and execution of growth initiatives.
- Lead sales meetings and presentations for prospective clients to showcase company services.
- Attend key industry conferences and trade shows to increase company visibility.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and write detailed proposals for submission to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and client-facing teams to execute sales plans based on competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- At least 5 years of sales experience within the life sciences field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven ability to build teams and meet goals in a high-growth business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at both strategic and functional levels.
- Experience using CRM tools to document leads and monitor sales metrics.
