TL;DR
Sales Executive (SaaS): Driving new revenue, expanding accounts, and shaping adoption of statistical computing software in life sciences with an accent on proactive opportunity identification and full sales cycle management. Focus on building pipeline using AI tools, developing strategic relationships, and closing deals in technically complex, regulated markets.
Hybrid/Remote: reporting into offices in Pennsylvania or North Carolina, United States. 2 days in office for hybrid workers.

What you will do
- Proactively identify, target, and convert new opportunities across territory as a hunter role.
- Own full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close.
- Develop strategic relationships in existing clients for upsell and cross-sell.
- Use Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritization.
- Partner with Solution Engineers for client demonstrations and represent at industry events.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and Operations for deal booking and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven success in new business sales (hunter) in SaaS, software, or tech-enabled services.
- Solid understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and deal progression.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Degree qualified or equivalent commercial experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System application.
