What you will do

• Manage existing small revenue accounts and generate new business from non-custom products.
• Triage, qualify, and assign incoming leads using CRM and funnel systems.
• Coordinate the RFQ (Request for Quote) process across Sales, Business Unit Leaders, and Finance.
• Execute NDAs and MTAs, and provide product quotes and sampling for assigned accounts.
• Ensure contract compliance and manage revenue for prospects up to $2M annually.
• Coordinate commercial education and schedule customer visits and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Science, Biology, or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of full-time experience in med device, biomaterial, life science, or pharmaceutical field.
• Previous experience in Inside Sales, project management, or technical sales.
• Solid product knowledge of biomedical materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and conferencing skills.
• Must be based in Exton, PA.
