What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for C-Suite officers and global VIPs, providing immediate resolution for hardware, mobile, and software needs.
• Lead the technical execution and real-time monitoring of high-profile Board and executive meetings to ensure zero-failure AV and connectivity.
• Conduct proactive daily sweeps of executive offices and conference rooms to ensure all systems are 100% operational.
• Manage the full white-glove asset lifecycle, including procurement, personalized imaging, and deployment of VIP devices.
• Collaborate with event planners to design and stress-test optimal technology stacks, conducting rigorous staging and tech rehearsals.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the broader Technical Support team and lead VIP-focused technical initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT support, including at least 3 years in a dedicated Executive/VIP support capacity.
• Mastery of Windows/macOS, MDM (Intune/Jamf), Office 365, and high-end AV integration.
• Proficiency in mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android) and home networking security, including VPNs and mesh networks.
• Must be based in or able to work in Fort Myers, FL in a hybrid capacity.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and interact professionally with senior executives.
