Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (on-site Wednesday and Thursday)

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for SMB clients across the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Engage in business and technical conversations with C-level executives, including CTOs, COOs, and CFOs.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans and quarterly victory plans to build a strong pipeline.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective economic buyers.
- Utilize social selling tactics and CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage and update opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share market insights and needs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management within the technology or software industry.
- Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to support the hybrid work schedule.
- Proven track record of sales success and proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to lead solution sales and influence decision-makers in L&D, IT, and Creative sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional telephone presence.
