TL;DR

Manager, Account Management (Legal AI): Leading a team of Account Managers and Team Leads to drive retention and growth for legal professionals using AI-powered software with an accent on operational excellence and revenue growth. Focus on scaling AI-first customer success workflows, managing complex escalations, and optimizing the conversion funnel.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, or Sydney (office attendance min. twice per week)

Salary: $113,500 – $170,300 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead a growing team of Team Leads and Account Managers responsible for the retention, growth, and adoption of hirify.global’s product suite.
  • Build and launch new outreach strategies, playbooks, and AI-first workflows to drive operational efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, increase inbound lead sources, and reduce administrative friction.
  • Oversee high-stakes customer escalations and implement proactive strategies for client satisfaction and activation.
  • Own the team's pipeline funnel forecast and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor talent using situational leadership to foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of management experience leading both individual contributors and other leaders.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams, tools, and workflows in high-velocity SaaS environments.
  • Experience building and deploying cutting-edge AI workflows for Customer Success.
  • Strong sales fundamentals and experience managing revenue-delivering teams.
  • Expertise in owning customer escalations and driving positive business outcomes.
  • Must be based in one of the specified hub cities (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, NYC, or Sydney).

Nice to have

  • Experience in FinTech or Scaled Success.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or Customer Success tools such as ChurnZero.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
