What you will do
- Cultivate a high-performing partner ecosystem to accelerate new business acquisition and customer retention.
- Lead partner advocacy and enablement for GSIs, SIs, and AI/Tech partners.
- Orchestrate joint account mapping, strategic planning, and QBRs to meet regional sales targets.
- Drive joint pipeline reviews and forecasting to ensure predictable growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams on high-impact marketing activities and roadshows.
- Travel within the region and occasionally internationally for global summits.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software industry experience in recruiting and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Proven track record in partner-led sales, enablement, or solution sales/consulting.
- Expertise in SaaS, specifically Data Governance, AI Governance, Data Management, Analytics, or BI.
- Native or advanced-level proficiency in German.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field.
