What you will do

• Drive strategic adoption by guiding users to leverage AI-driven features and abandon legacy Excel processes.
• Build long-term relationships with CFOs and Treasurers as their primary strategic and technical contact.
• Own account governance, managing communication and resolution of production issues.
• Advocate for DACH market insights to shape the global product roadmap.
• Monitor customer health metrics proactively to prevent churn and identify expansion opportunities.
• Engage with clients and industry events to build trust in the DACH treasury community.

Requirements

• Native/Fluent German (essential) and professional working proficiency in English.
• 3–6 years in accounting, treasury, or finance (Big 4 a plus).
• Strong understanding of balance sheets, financial workflows, and treasury mechanics.
• Commercial mindset for renewals, expansion, and proving business value.
• Strategic communication skills to translate software into business impact.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or similar; CTP/CFA certifications a plus.
