TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS/DACH): Driving pipeline creation through targeted outbound outreach and qualification in key European markets with an accent on B2B SaaS and product-led growth. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and converting outbound interest into high-quality enterprise sales pipeline.

Location: Must be based in and have the right to work in Germany. Hybrid work in Berlin.

What you will do

  • Build and nurture a high-quality lead pipeline via outbound and account expansion.
  • Conduct target account research to craft personalized outreach tailored to prospect challenges.
  • Collaborate with AEs and Growth Marketing to execute campaigns across NA, UK, DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.
  • Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools to optimize activity across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Partner with the Product-Led Growth team to identify activation and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or pipeline-generating roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals.
  • Experience engaging mid-market and enterprise buyers across multiple regions.
  • English: Proficiency required; fluency in German is a strong plus for the DACH market.
  • Must be based in Germany with valid work authorization (visa sponsorship and relocation are not provided).

Nice to have

  • Fluency in other EU languages.
