Requirements

• 5+ years in data science role with high-impact insights track record.
• 2+ years managing data scientists in product-focused environment.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design to guide strategy and decisions.
• Track record in metrics definition, observational inference, experimentation.
• Strong quantitative background, fluent in Python/R or similar.
• Comfort with ambiguity, balancing stats rigor and speed.
