What you will do

• Influence product strategy and roadmap through data-driven storytelling, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Define and own key product metrics such as activation, engagement, and retention.
• Design, execute, and interpret complex A/B tests to inform high-stakes product decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and user pain points.
• Apply advanced statistical methods including regression, cohort analysis, and causal inference.
• Build scalable dashboards and AI-augmented analytical workflows to automate routine tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or data science with ownership of metrics and experimentation at scale.
• Strong statistical foundation in hypothesis testing, regression, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering for event instrumentation and building reliable datasets.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer-facing digital products with 10M+ DAU.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or Gemini.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.).
