What you will do

• Apply advanced analytics, statistics, and AI to NDT and asset health data.
• Perform numerical simulations using COMSOL and ES Beam Tool to support R&D and Sales.
• Develop and maintain analysis software for sensor solutions and data pipelines.
• Create digital signal and imaging processing applications for internal and external R&D.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirement specifications and user acceptance testing.
• Support the implementation of GitHub and JIRA for revision control and project management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or Engineering (PhD preferred).
• 5–8+ years of professional experience in data science or applied ML.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and C/C++.
• Experience with numerical simulation software such as MATLAB, COMSOL Multiphysics, or CIVA.
• Knowledge of AWS, MongoDB, SQL, and proven experience deploying models into production.
• Expertise in non-destructive inspections (NDT/NDE) and asset health condition monitoring.
