TL;DR

Founder Associate: Build scale-up infrastructure, drive special initiatives, and oversee key business areas in a fast-growing premium transportation scale-up with an accent on performance management, organizational design, hiring practices, and strategy setting. Focus on tackling complex problems from scratch, executing high-priority projects, and providing insights to founders on business performance.

Location: Office-based in West London, four days a week, plus one remote day

What you will do

• Design key company management infrastructure including performance management, compensation, hiring practices, organizational design, goal setting, and KPI planning.
• Hire and manage teams for core processes to enable scaling.
• Drive special initiatives and handle emergencies like funding rounds or product issues.
• Oversee assigned business areas, monitor performance, and provide insights to founders.
• Work in a small elite team on high-priority tasks across the company.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or fast-growing tech company
• STEM or highly quantitative degree from globally recognised university
• Proactive self-starter thriving in ambiguity, able to develop and execute ideas
• Fast learner taking responsibility and delivering impactful results
