What you will do

• Develop and manage the Phorum business plan to ensure tangible, quantifiable ROI for member groups.
• Lead and develop the Phorum team, establishing clear objectives and a strong performance management culture.
• Build and scale strategic relationships with L1 and L2 clients to enhance member insights and retention.
• Identify and produce thought leadership outputs, including papers, webinars, and round-table discussions.
• Manage Phorum budgets, costs, and profit targets while overseeing resource models and renewals.
• Oversee member onboarding and facilitate high-quality virtual and F2F meetings and events.

Requirements

• Strong background in business unit leadership and strategic planning.
• Proven commercial awareness with the ability to balance financial targets and member requirements.
• High level of operational rigor and experience adhering to core business processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize commercial value for diverse audiences.
