What you will do

• Execute the Tenant Find operating model across all integrated agencies, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and performance standards.
• Manage and optimize key performance indicators, including time-to-let, viewing-to-offer conversion, and lead response times.
• Lead a multi-layered organization by managing 5–10 Team Coordinators who oversee a total workforce growing up to 250+ people.
• Implement a rigorous performance management routine consisting of daily stand-ups, weekly 1:1s, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with other Run Operations Managers and the UK GM to maintain cohesive operations across different verticals.
• Act as the primary conduit between front-line staff and central teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in hands-on operational management.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing 100+ people through a multi-layer structure.
• Proven experience in high-volume, KPI-driven environments such as contact centers, BPO, or retail branch networks.
• Track record of managing teams through rapid growth (5x+ YoY).
• Strong data fluency and ability to make evidence-based decisions using dashboards.
