TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads for cloud-based digital transformation tools with an accent on cold outreach and pipeline management. Focus on utilizing CRM and sales engagement platforms to set up meetings between prospects and sales executives.
Location: Hybrid (Must be able to come into the Austin office four days a week, Monday - Thursday)
Salary: $80,000 OTE ($55,000 base + $25,000 commission)

What you will do
- Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities in the market.
- Use CRM and sales engagement platforms for cold calling and emailing to generate new sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and calls between potential customers and sales executives.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Refine the company’s lead generation playbook by identifying best practices.
- Report weekly and monthly results to the sales manager.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience in Marketing, Sales, Events, or Tech.
- Ability to work from the Austin office four days a week (Monday-Thursday).
- Bachelor’s Degree is recommended.
- SaaS knowledge or sales experience is a plus.
