TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Lead the delivery of integrated client programs for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, covering pre- and post-launch operations.
  • Leverage real-world data assets (claims, sales, market access) to drive strategic recommendations and optimize commercial activities.
  • Coordinate between partners and internal business units to support strategic planning and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, developing SOWs, and leading project proposals.
  • Manage and coach junior team members while contributing to the development of practice-level intellectual capital.
  • Maintain and develop external relationships with clients, vendors, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, statistics, economics, or operations research.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in leadership and execution of data & analytics engagements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-influencing skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, PhD, or MD.
  • Prior experience at a top global management consulting firm.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and knowledge of Snowflake.
  • Experience in optimizing sales force effectiveness, customer segmentation, and incentive compensation design.
