TL;DR

Senior Growth Manager (Partnerships) (AdTech/Gaming): Own end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships with high-volume mobile game publishers from cold outreach to revenue maximization with an accent on market expansion and strategic portfolio management. Focus on building GTM playbooks, driving P&L impact through upselling, and translating partner feedback into product improvements.

Location: Onsite in Berlin, 5 days a week in the office

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle: source leads, pitch, negotiate contracts, and manage post-onboarding growth for mobile game publishers.
  • Build outbound pipeline targeting top-tier game studios for market expansion.
  • Manage strategic portfolio: analyze data for upselling, performance trends, and KPI achievement.
  • Define GTM strategies and sales frameworks for scaling projects.
  • Act as product/tech liaison, translating partner feedback to R&D and leadership.
  • Drive P&L impact through new business acquisition and net revenue retention.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in high-growth environment (AdTech/Gaming preferred) closing new business and managing long-term partners.
  • Proven hustler mentality with creative outreach in high-volume, high-rejection sales.
  • Strong data fluency discussing ROAS, LTV, Retention for monetization optimization.
  • Full-funnel understanding of mobile app ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, SDKs, monetization models).
  • Relentless resilience as proactive problem-solver.
