What you will do

  • Lead the reporting process for actuals, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
  • Consolidate and analyze group financial results to provide insights for short-, mid-, and long-term planning.
  • Drive the development and improvement of financial reporting tools and BI dashboards, specifically using Qlik.
  • Manage and support a team of Group Financial Analysts.
  • Collaborate with controlling and operational teams to enhance financial follow-up and planning processes.
  • Support executive management, Investor Relations, and Treasury teams with strategic financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial management in international environments.
  • Proven leadership or managerial experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI/analytics tools.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Location: Gothenburg, Sweden.
