What you will do

• Build and scale growth engines focusing on email, SEO, and content.
• Own and manage the CRM with approximately 500,000 contacts via Customer.io.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys.
• Oversee analytics, attribution, and ARR reporting.
• Manage affiliate channels and partners while collaborating async with design and dev teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or product marketing within SaaS, tech, or ed-tech.
• Master-level experience in email and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record of owning revenue or business growth.
• Strong skills in product launches, attribution, and CRO.
• Ability to create high-converting copy for emails and webpages.
• Excellent async communication skills using Slack, Notion, and Loom.
