What you will do

• Define and implement future-proof risk management and performance measurement systems to handle market, credit, liquidity, and sustainability risks.
• Conduct cost analysis and vendor selection for risk analytics solutions.
• Facilitate the transition of non-ABP clients within the Investment Risk Management team.
• Optimize and redesign the performance measurement and analysis function across various departments for better efficiency.
• Develop and execute an implementation plan to strengthen the team's second-line role in risk management.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field (WO level).
• At least 12 years of professional experience in investment risk management and performance analysis.
• In-depth expertise in risk management trends and performance measurement methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam to support the hybrid office model.
• Post-academic certifications such as CFA, FRM, CAIA, or CIPM are a significant advantage.
