What you will do

• Monitor real-time trading across equities, bonds, and derivatives to identify market abuse or rule violations.
• Analyze market anomalies and price fluctuations to detect risks of malfunction or non-compliance.
• Investigate activity reports and alerts to determine underlying causes of irregularities.
• Collaborate with compliance teams and external regulators to address breaches and implement corrections.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and contribute to periodic regulatory reporting.
• Optimize surveillance processes and operational activities to increase efficiency and value.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or from Grandes Ecoles.
• Strong verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Conceptual knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Exchanges, and Cash & Derivatives products.
• Must meet the eligibility criteria for the V.I.E Program set by Business France.
• Proactive, autonomous approach with strong attention to detail and integrity.
• Basic IT knowledge and a positive problem-solving attitude under pressure.
