What you will do

• Deliver and support Civil Global IDT programs, acting as a trainer, mentor, and coach for instructor development.
• Develop and continuously improve instructor-facing courseware and digital learning tools to ensure modern, high-quality experiences.
• Collaborate with Training Managers and HR to forecast instructor needs and support pipeline readiness.
• Track and report performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities in training efficiency.
• Ensure global standardization of training by coordinating across centers and aligning with hirify.global's Standards structure.

Requirements

• Hold or have held an ICAO ATPL or CPL license.
• Hold or have held an FAA instructor certificate or an EASA Part FCL instructor certificate (or equivalent 900 (c) qualification).
• 3+ years of experience delivering or managing instructor training in an ATO, AOC, or global training organization.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as EASA Part FCL/ORA and FAA Parts 61/135/142.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, facilitation, and competency-based training & assessment (CBTA/EBT).
• High proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Word for virtual training delivery.

Nice to have

• Multi-domain experience (e.g., BAT, CAT, FTO) to support multiple business units.
• Experience coordinating or leading multi-center or global training initiatives.
