What you will do
- Translate strategic direction into effective brand marketing activities across channels and touchpoints
- Collaborate with media, CRM, creative, and product teams for consistent brand experience
- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage agencies, content creators, and internal Creative Studio for high-quality communications
- Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize activities and performance based on analytics and data insights
- Align initiatives with product, legal, and compliance requirements while managing budgets
- Report campaign performance and learnings to senior leadership
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken
- Several years of experience in a similar brand or marketing role
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and positioning in a digital environment
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights
- Broad knowledge of marketing channels from brand to performance marketing
- Hands-on experience planning and executing integrated campaigns
- Experience with creative teams, agencies, content production, project management, budgets, and analytics
Nice to have
- Experience in performance marketing, CRM, or evidence-based marketing
- Experience in e-commerce and start-up or scale-up environments
