What you will do

• Own demand generation through multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and customer stories.
• Build the lifecycle and email engine, including newsletters, nurture flows, and product announcements.
• Run the webinar program from topic selection and speaker recruitment to hosting and content repurposing.
• Drive SEO and content distribution via keyword strategy, content briefs, and on-page optimization.
• Partner with sales to drive marketing-sourced pipeline through ABM and sales collateral.
• Integrate AI tools into all marketing workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance research.

Requirements

• Proven experience running growth marketing in a B2B context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build funnels and distinguish signal from noise in data.
• Ability to move fast, execute quickly, and maintain high quality standards.
• High aesthetic taste for landing pages, emails, and webinar production.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple experiments in parallel.
• Must be based in Berlin and work onsite from the office.
