Data Analyst (Power BI)

TL;DR

Data Analyst (Power BI): Building scalable data models, reports, and dashboards for enterprise analytics across sales, procurement, and supply chain with an accent on translating business requirements into actionable insights. Focus on designing BI solutions, improving data quality and architecture, and collaborating with Data Engineering on large-scale initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Apeldoorn, Netherlands (at least two days per week in office)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and scalable data models
• Build user-friendly reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Perform analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to onboard new data sources
• Contribute to BI architecture improvements and enterprise data modeling projects
• Develop understanding of business processes, systems, and strategy across European operating companies

Requirements

• Comfortable articulating ideas in English in an international setting
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data modeling
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
• Structured, curious problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Finance, or related field
• Interest in business context behind the data

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and/or programming languages (Python, R)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse)
• Understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts
