Royal Dutch Airlines Engineering department in the midst of a large-scale Agile transformation across aircraft maintenance operations.
What you will do
- Redesign and improve the Agile maturity framework.
- Design scalable questionnaires for team maturity assessments.
- Digitize and automate data collection via forms and integrations.
- Build data pipelines to process assessment data.
- Develop dashboards (Power BI or similar) for visualizing insights.
- Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations to teams and leadership.
Requirements
- Student in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or related studies.
- Basic understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Affinity with data, analytics, and dashboards (Power BI is a plus).
- Structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, able to work independently.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders.
