What you will do

• Collaborate on projects highlighting advantages of hirify.global systems over competitors.
• Analyze market opportunities, prepare technical reports, and define sales strategies.
• Develop sales for Molecular and Liaison XL/LAS product lines to maximize revenue.
• Prepare annual sales and marketing plans and budget targets.
• Build relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, and decision-makers.
• Coordinate product activities including regulatory, scientific, marketing, and supply chain at regional level.
• Handle device installation, upgrades, service, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English required; basic French
• Degree in biology or chemistry
• At least 3 years experience in molecular diagnostics sales or as application specialist in diagnostics/biotech
• Experience in molecular biology or microbiology laboratories
• Proven technical knowledge in molecular biology, sales, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of laboratory processes and familiarity with software-instrument interfaces

Nice to have

• Structured market data analysis and goal definition
• Strong training and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
