TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, Zürich. Must be based in Switzerland.

hirify.global is building a next-generation agentic clinical AI assistant that helps clinicians reason across patient data, guidelines, and diagnostics.

What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth for AI solutions in Swiss hospitals by creating compelling value propositions.
  • Own the full account lifecycle, including stakeholder mapping and long-term development.
  • Lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery and proposal to onboarding and rollout.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and professional education programs.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to refine the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, tech consulting, or customer success in a cloud/SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders (clinical, IT, procurement, management).
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Fluency in (Swiss) German and English is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Existing professional network within the Swiss hospital ecosystem.
  • Background in healthcare, clinical operations, or experience in health-tech startups.
  • Practical familiarity with AI tools or professional experience in the AI space.
  • Proficiency in French.
