Location: Switzerland (Field Based/Remote, minimum 95% field-based activity)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain compliant partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders in infectious diseases and hospital environments.
  • Develop structured account plans, drive launch activities, and execute promotional and scientific engagements.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competition, and data to inform strategies and optimize customer interactions via CRM.
  • Coordinate hospital listing, access activities, and performance monitoring in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Represent the company with HCPs, KOLs, and decision makers at events and congresses.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and able to work effectively in English
  • University degree in natural sciences or equivalent
  • Proven experience launching pharmaceutical products in hospital environments
  • Solid background as Key Account Manager in hospitals (pharma, biotech, or hospital products)
  • Experience with hospital listing processes
  • Strong account planning, CRM usage (Veeva or similar), and data-driven sales execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging HCPs and KOLs

Nice to have

  • Experience in anti-infectives, antifungals, ICU, or rare disease launches
  • Hospital price negotiations and pharmacy structures knowledge
  • Needs-based or value-based selling approaches
