TL;DR

Territory Account Manager (Dallas) (Construction Tech): Own the full sales cycle for regional homebuilders from intro and discovery to demo, proposal, and close with an accent on understanding homebuilding workflows and demonstrating platform value. Focus on building pipeline through targeted outreach, community engagement, and in-person events while surfacing field insights to inform product strategy.

Location: Remote (US-based, Dallas territory; local/regional travel up to 25% required)

What you will do

  • Run focused discovery with builders to understand plan workflows, sales processes, estimating, and launch timelines.
  • Deliver workflow-driven demos showing how hirify.global improves selling, estimating, and launching homes.
  • Own fast transactional sales cycles from BDR handoffs through objection handling, ROI storytelling, and follow-up.
  • Act as hybrid sales engineer tailoring recommendations to regional mid-sized builders.
  • Build pipeline via outreach, partner relationships, HBAs, builder groups, and industry events.
  • Surface trends, competitive insights, and field feedback to Product Management for roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in homebuilding, residential construction, building products, or related field
  • End-to-end sales experience (Customer Success and/or Sales Engineering a plus)
  • Track record exceeding quotas in quota-driven roles
  • Wide local network in Dallas/homebuilding market
  • Ability to learn software quickly and engage confidently with senior decision-makers
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally up to 25%
