Global Market, the main regions are North America, the UK/EU, Australia and New Zealand, and South Africa.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations
- Experience with Outbound and Inbound
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experienced in Team Management and leading sales teams
- Solid Business Development skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Vilnius
- Ability to build a strong new business sales team in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a passion for driving growth
- Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in collaboration with other team members
- Proven track record of selling $10-100K annualized deals
- Experience running sales in the US and UK/EU markets
- Experience in the software or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic sales leadership
- Drive execution of these sales strategies, ensuring processes and metrics are in place to hit and exceed growth targets
- Work with management to define realistic but ambitious sales targets
- Achieve sales targets and other KPIs within a quarterly schedule with the CEO
- Develop sales processes effectively, oversee sales process from qualified leads through to close
- Create a scalable, repeatable, and measurable sales process with the right leading indicators
- Recruit and retain a successful and driven sales team around you, and hire and coach the right team of high-character sales professionals that match the company profile of intelligence, curiosity, drive, and coachable
- Report on weekly and monthly sales forecasts, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline tracking within the team
- Maintain product knowledge of full solutions suite; working regularly with stakeholders from different verticals (Engineering, Marketing) to ensure you're apprised of the latest commercial offerings to upsell to clients
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge, best practices, and developments within our target markets
- Able to build robust relationships with C-Suite individuals at mid-market and Enterprise level entities
