What you will do
- Run the end-to-end pitch process for solo and inter-agency efforts, comprising 70% of the role's focus.
- Lead the development of RFP/RFI responses and presentations, shaping the overall storyline and strategy.
- Achieve annual revenue targets by successfully closing qualified inbound leads.
- Manage, mentor, and guide Business Development team members to ensure high-performance delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry intermediaries to drive inbound lead generation.
- Oversee weekly, quarterly, and monthly forecasting and reporting for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an interactive agency or related service industry.
- Proven track record of building partnerships and closing business with Fortune 100 buyers in the digital marketing space.
- Must be based in New York and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
- Extensive experience interfacing with agency C-suite during high-pressure pitch engagements.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity output.
