Sales Supervisor

What you will do

• Drive hirify.global sell-out by executing sales strategies and achieving monthly targets for sales and market share.
• Manage store fundamentals including visibility, availability, inventory rotation, and aging stocks.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to support business growth.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of beauty advisors to maximize their performance.
• Track individual BA performance and ensure team fulfillment of responsibilities and targets.
• Report field activities, product performance, competitor insights, and prepare business reviews using data analytics.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• High selling skills and strong retail/business/commercial sense
• Beauty industry knowledge and affinity
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, detail-oriented, and team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
