What you will do
- Drive sell-out by executing sales strategies and achieving monthly targets for sales and market share.
- Manage store fundamentals including visibility, availability, inventory rotation, and aging stocks.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to support business growth.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of beauty advisors to maximize their performance.
- Track individual BA performance and ensure team fulfillment of responsibilities and targets.
- Report field activities, product performance, competitor insights, and prepare business reviews using data analytics.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- High selling skills and strong retail/business/commercial sense
- Beauty industry knowledge and affinity
- Proactive attitude, flexibility, detail-oriented, and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
