What you will do

• Serve as primary talent partner to Engineering hiring managers, handling intake, calibration, and alignment.
• Develop fluency in tech stack, architecture, and Engineering roadmap.
• Own end-to-end candidate experience, including communication and interview preparation.
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics in Ashby.
• Monitor funnel health across requisitions, adjust strategies, and mitigate risks.
• Lead offer processes from approval to close.
• Use data and feedback to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years in full-lifecycle recruiting with success hiring technical roles in startups
• Strong screening skills and baseline understanding of technical stacks
• Experience partnering with VP/executive stakeholders while managing multiple roles
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills

Nice to have

• Robust Ashby knowledge
• Experience with Slack and Notion as primary tools
