What you will do
- Build and code campaigns using in-house CRM platform, configuring segmentation, journey logic, A/B variants, and optimizations across multiple game titles.
- Execute campaigns at scale to support communication calendars, managing backlog and prioritizing with CRM leads.
- Own QA process including test sends, link checks, audience validation, and monitoring live campaigns for issues.
- Triage and resolve campaign problems, escalating platform bugs as needed.
- Manage platform configurations, user access, templates, and stay current on updates to evaluate new features.
- Document procedures and support best practices codification.
Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing operations, CRM campaign management, or martech.
- Deep expertise with CRM platforms like Braze (preferred), Iterable, Leanplum, or SFMC.
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) and programming them.
- Understanding of CRM foundations: segmentation, journeys, experiments, QA, mobile guidelines, GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CCPA/COPPA compliance.
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities across stakeholders and multiple products.
- Detail-oriented with quality mindset.
Nice to have
- Coding in Perforce or version control (Git).
- Familiarity with mobile app event tracking and data schemas.
- Gaming experience as player or operations manager.
