What you will do

• Lead the adaptation and execution of global marketing strategies to ensure alignment with regional priorities in Spain and Italy.
• Represent the voice of Southern European consumers to influence global leadership and shape marketing agendas.
• Own end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including product positioning, launch planning, and pricing.
• Partner with Sales teams to accelerate category growth and optimize trade marketing across key accounts.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team across multiple markets.
• Analyze regional performance metrics to maximize ROI and ensure competitive brand positioning.

Requirements

• Extensive marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, CPG, or consumer durables.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple markets.
• Deep understanding of Spanish and Italian consumer behavior and retail/media landscapes.
• Proven track record of adapting global strategies for regional success.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior executives.
• Willingness to travel across Spain, Italy, and to global headquarters as required.
