What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development for AI platform and customer experiences from roadmap to global rollout.
• Partner with engineers on prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Act as technical translator between engineering and organization, establishing AI best practices.
• Drive improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates via experimentation.
• Collaborate with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy voice models and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely from listed US or Canadian cities.
• 4+ years in management consulting or technical product management at fast-paced startup.
• Deep interest in modern LLM systems and regulated production environments.
• Systems thinker comfortable with API design, system architecture, and technical tradeoffs.
• Data-driven with SQL familiarity for hypothesis validation.
• Proven track record turning strategic ideas into scalable products.
