What you will do

• Define the top-of-funnel product roadmap to drive significant increases in patient enrollment and activation.
• Build and experiment with AI-driven solutions and agents to automate high-frequency tasks and increase clinical throughput.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle with a focus on workflow automation, Salesforce integrations, and removing funnel bottlenecks.
• Design and manage a strategic experiment roadmap using A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure impact.
• Partner with operational and clinical leadership to translate business needs into data-driven acquisition initiatives.
• Research AI advancements to reduce administrative friction and align projects with overall company goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on acquisition, activation, retention, data, or AI.
• Experiment-first mindset with a proven ability to ship and learn quickly.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• DTC growth experience in operationally complex health tech or managed services (e.g., Ro, Hims).
• Practical experience deploying LLM-based tools or AI agents for administrative or clinical automation.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, Epic EHR).
