What you will do

• Define product specifications based on customer feedback, market analysis, and technology feasibility.
• Develop and maintain project timelines throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Oversee technical architecture and development across R&D and industrialization phases.
• Lead and inspire project teams to maintain high levels of performance and quality.
• Act as the primary interface between technical teams, customers, sales, and marketing.
• Manage the allocation of engineering resources to effectively meet project goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical roles.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience managing high-complexity aerospace, defense, or robotics projects that have reached industrialization.
• Strong technical background with the ability to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience and ecosystem knowledge in defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, radars/RF/radio, optronics, PNT, or AI.
