What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the planning, execution, and control of projects in the field of unmanned systems.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams across Production, Product, and Support departments.
• Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
• Perform active stakeholder management and regular communication with customers and contracting authorities.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Support proposal preparation and participate in innovation and publicly funded projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Informatics, Geoinformatics, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in project management, ideally within unmanned systems, digitalization, or software/IT environments.
• Business-fluent proficiency in German and English.
• Proficiency with digital project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU regulations, SORA) is a strong advantage.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Gilching, Germany.
