What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex automotive customer launches as the primary point of contact for program health and execution.
• Act as the primary interface between key automotive customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support) to advocate for customer needs.
• Define success metrics for customer programs and establish measurement and execution strategies.
• Align with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into actionable insights and roadmap priorities.
• Lead senior-level discussions regarding delivery timelines, trade-offs, scope, and business impact.
• Manage and report on program risks while contributing to internal process improvements across the TPM organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations in a post-sales or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated success in the automotive industry managing scope, SOW execution, and high-impact customer escalations.
• Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments from kickoff through production launch.
• Ability to travel to customer sites approximately 10 days per month.
• Technical fluency in cloud architectures, API/SDK integrations, and enterprise technical ecosystems.
• Strong ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence cross-functional leadership.
