TL;DR

(Senior) Manager Organizational Readiness & Development (Business Transformation): Leading organizational readiness and change activities for global business transformation programs with an accent on process harmonization and role assignment. Focus on designing high-impact workshops, steering change and capability gaps, and enabling local teams within a complex matrix organization.

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (Hybrid / Flexible mobile working from home)

What you will do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of Organizational Readiness and Change Management (ORCM) for the global Business Transformation Process Template.
  • Manage the systematic assignment of business process roles to teams and employees across all entities of the roll-in plan.
  • Develop and scale ORCM methods and tools across a global, complex organization.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact workshops with local and central leaders to deliver key readiness outcomes.
  • Enable and coach local and central teams to independently implement ORCM results with high quality.
  • Manage senior stakeholders across functions, regions, and brands to align transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Organizational Psychology.
  • 5-7 years of experience in large-scale transformation or change programs, preferably in manufacturing or management consulting.
  • Strong expertise in process harmonization and organizational change within matrix organizations.
  • Practical experience in data analysis and modeling using Microsoft Power Query, Power BI or similar tools.
  • Fluent in English and German with strong intercultural competence.
  • Proven ability to interact confidently with all management levels.
