What you will do

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to scale the card product.
  • Manage the full card operations lifecycle, including onboarding, printing, fulfillment, and account maintenance.
  • Oversee payment processing, fraud management, chargebacks, and collections.
  • Collaborate with payment processors, vendors, and sponsor banks to improve delivery standards and SLAs.
  • Establish operational controls frameworks in coordination with the Compliance team to manage financial and regulatory risks.
  • Create operational and financial reports to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in card operations management within financial services or fintech.
  • Exposure to Web3 through personal use or professional experience.
  • Strong ability to engage and communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in risk management and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships and performance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for operational efficiency.
