What you will do
- Provide program-level leadership for business transformation deployments, defining and governing rollout strategies and templates.
- Lead country- and region-specific roll-ins, integrating global standards with local needs and holding accountability for UAT, cut-over, go-live, and hyper-care.
- Build alignment with country coordinators, stakeholders, and teams through IT/program management and intercultural leadership.
- Drive business readiness, integrated planning, contingency measures, risk/issue management, and governance meetings.
- Ensure structured handover to operations post go-live for long-term stability.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Willingness to travel internationally up to 60–80%, focused on North America, available during cut-over/go-live
- Relevant degree in business administration, informatics, industrial engineering or similar + 8+ years experience, ideally in automotive, production, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong track record in medium/large-scale change and IT/SAP transformation programs, full familiarity with rollout phases and methodologies.
- Independent cross-functional leadership of diverse teams across geographies.
- Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
