Location: Remote-first role. You can work from any of our global offices (e.g., Warsaw, Barcelona, Mexico City, Curitiba, Rome). Must already have the legal right to work in your country of residence; no visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Own the expansion project portfolio as PMO: structure, prioritize initiatives, define scoping, KPIs, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery with high ROI.
- Directly lead high-impact projects end-to-end, such as advanced analytics, new product rollouts, cross-market process improvements, and pricing optimizations.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders including Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and local markets to translate insights into execution plans.
- Co-own expansion budget and performance: monitor MRR targets, sales funnel metrics, KPIs, and drive corrective actions.
- Provide strategic input on initiative design, sequencing, trade-offs, and implementation embedding locally.
- Track performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- 4–8 years of professional experience.
- Strong project management experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives and portfolio/PMO-like functions.
- Proven ability to drive budget execution in fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of sales funnel, strong business judgment, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Background in consulting, strategy, or high-growth tech/startup; experience in SaaS/marketplace models; owning/contributing to revenue targets.
- Comfort working with data (SQL/BI a plus).
- Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and Go-to-Market teams.
Nice to have
- Ability to estimate impact and build simple financial models.
- Experience in healthcare or technology environments.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or analytical tools (SQL, Python).
- Experience working with multicultural, multi-market organizations.
- Exposure to pricing & packaging initiatives.
