What you will do

• Build and manage a team of product managers, supporting growth while maintaining high standards for product thinking and execution.
• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core platform experience from drafting to construction documents.
• Transform Studio product into a platform by exposing building models and workflows via APIs for customer and partner integrations.
• Define AI integration across products, partnering with R&D on capabilities using proprietary homebuilding data.
• Drive product metrics, business outcomes, adoption, quality, and impact.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to solve technical and workflow challenges into intuitive experiences.
• Shape platform extensions through integrations, tooling, and shared services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading complex product areas or teams
• 4+ years of people management, coaching product managers
• Strong track record shipping platform, workflow, or systems products with customer and business impact
• Strong product thinking paired with design judgment for intuitive, scalable experiences
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments
• Systems thinking connecting technical architecture, customer workflows, and business goals
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders and drive decisions
• Comfort in ambiguity, turning problems into focused roadmaps

Nice to have

• Experience in architecture, construction tech, design tools, or homebuilding software
• Familiarity with 3D workflows, CAD/BIM, configurators, or construction documents
• Experience with APIs, integrations, platform strategy, or AI products
• Track record scaling services with high data loads
