TL;DR
Staff Product Manager (Robotics): Defining the strategy and roadmap for Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) services to redefine airport ground operations with an accent on autonomous driving capabilities, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure. Focus on translating customer needs into executable system-level plans and leading a team of PMTs to ship safety-critical 0→1 products.
Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, New York City, and South San Francisco; Remote in Colorado, Florida, Seattle, and Toronto
Compensation: $162K – $202K + Equity

What you will do
- Define and own the AGSE Service product strategy and top-level roadmap spanning autonomous driving, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.
- Establish KPIs for capability, performance, and reliability to track product health and drive prioritization.
- Partner with Systems Engineering to decompose product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, establishing best practices for autonomy product development.
- Manage product relationships with airline and airport customers, including establishing SOWs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to make technical trade-off decisions aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience owning multi-system, technically complex products end-to-end.
- Experience shipping 0→1 products in environments where safety, reliability, and real-time performance are non-negotiable.
- Proven ability to conduct discovery and manage relationships directly with enterprise or operational customers.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in one of the listed locations in the US or Canada.
Nice to have
- MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 7+ years of PM experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
- 2+ years of experience leading Product Management teams.
- Experience with regulatory stakeholders and V&V processes for autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with airside driving environments at major global airports.
