What you will do

  • Build and own the People Ops roadmap, translating company goals into scalable programs emphasizing high trust, accountability, and autonomy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the People Ops team with clear KPIs and growth investments.
  • Evolve remote-first culture through systems promoting accountability, autonomy, and resilience.
  • Refine performance management and engagement programs to balance high standards and trust.
  • Build and lead manager training and support programs for effective team leadership.
  • Oversee IT systems, benefits, compliance, and help desk operations.
  • Serve as point person for organizational change and internal communications.
  • Partner with Recruiting and Events for seamless employee experience.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in People Ops or HR building scalable programs in high-growth tech
  • 2–3 years leading People Ops team in distributed, remote-first environments
  • Significant experience with remote work cultural and operational challenges
  • Data-driven approach using engagement, retention, and performance metrics
  • Strong communication for policy changes and comp redesigns
  • Deep familiarity with HR tech: Lattice, Rippling, Slack, Notion, Asana, Google Workspace
